SPOT For Business My Account

Creating a New My Account

SPOT My Account gives you access to activate SPOT devices plus:

  • Edit SPOT Contacts
  • Edit SPOT Tracking intervals
  • Add Additional SPOT services
  • Update SPOT device information
  • Test SOS feature
  • Update Credit Card information
  • Make a Payment
  • Access the SPOT Mapping Platform
  • Update Username and Password
  • Suspend a Flex Plan subscription
  • Cancel service

Step 1: Access the My Account site and begin the setup
  • Go to www.findmespot.com and click on My Account, Login / Activate your SPOT (top right corner)
  • Click SIGN UP under New Account

Step 2: Complete the setup requirements to create your account
  • An email will be sent to you for verification purposes
  • Open the email and click on VERIFY EMAIL
  • Login to your My Account once email is verified

Step 3: Ready to start activating your SPOT device(s)
