SPOT For Business My Account
Creating a New My Account
SPOT My Account gives you access to activate SPOT devices plus:
- Edit SPOT Contacts
- Edit SPOT Tracking intervals
- Add Additional SPOT services
- Update SPOT device information
- Test SOS feature
- Update Credit Card information
- Make a Payment
- Access the SPOT Mapping Platform
- Update Username and Password
- Suspend a Flex Plan subscription
- Cancel service
Step 1: Access the My Account site and begin the setup
- Go to www.findmespot.com and click on My Account, Activate your SPOT (top right corner)
- Click SIGN UP under New Account
Step 2: Complete the setup requirements to create your account
- An email will be sent to you for verification purposes
- Open the email and click on VERIFY EMAIL
- Login to your My Account once email is verified
Step 3: Ready to start activating your SPOT device(s)
