How to change the Password

  1. Log in to your SPOT account.
  2. Select Settings & Billing in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Under User Settings / Password Settings, enter the old password, new password and confirm.
    1. Password characters are limited to the letters a to z, the numbers 0 to 9, and the underscore _.
    2. Password has to be at least 8 characters long.
  4. Click Save.
